The purpose of the Market Analysis Framework (MAF+) website is to act as a platform for supporting climate-related innovations analyse their market and develop their businesses, in affiliation with the BRIGAID Project. BRIGAID is an Innovation Action funded by the European Union under Horizon 2020 programme, under grant agreement No 700699. This website has been developed for educational and social purposes and not for profit.

The information on this website is provided without obligation. Nevertheless, no rights may be derived from the information included on this website. BRIGAID cannot be held liable for the accuracy, completeness, topicality or quality of the information published on its website.

Use of the website

BRIGAID accepts no liability or responsibility for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the Market Analysis Framework website.

The Market Analysis Framework website uses software to analyse the number of visitors to its web pages and their behaviour. This is based on your IP address (Internet Protocol address). The aim of this is to optimize, as far as possible, the information available and the way in which it is presented. The software does not analyse your identity and is used solely for the purpose outlined above. BRIGAID handles the data of the visitors to its website with care. This information is stored securely. In this, BRIGAID complies with the requirements of the German Federal Data Protection Act.

On the MAF+ website, BRIGAID uses what are known as cookies, small files that are stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone. BRIGAID uses security procedures to prevent unauthorised access to the confidential information on the website such as data concerning user numbers and user behaviour.

BRIGAID makes every reasonable effort to enter into a written agreement with the legitimate owner of digital text and images on their use. The intellectual property rights on the Market Analysis Framework website (including texts, design, photographs, videos and logos) rest solely with BRIGAID with the sole exception of the information provided by external users on the published innovations. The intellectual property rights of the information of the innovations provided for publication rest on the owner of each innovation, which must be previously registered into either the linked BRIGAID Climate Innovation Window website or the Market Analysis Framework website. In the case of registration taking place through the Climate Innovation Window, their terms and conditions apply.

Confidentiality

Any information that the user (i.e. innovator) inputs into the Market Analysis Framework website will be kept confidential and will only be visible to: the innovator, BRIGAID supporting partners with the right to view that innovator’s data, and the administrators of the website. BRIGAID supporting partner accounts are BRIGAID-affiliated partners who will use the Market Analysis Framework website to provide feedback to the innovator. They can only see the data of innovations for which the administrators have given the supporting partner explicit right to see. This information will be kept confidential and will not be shared externally, except with the express permission of the user. The information received will be used by the supporting partner exclusively for the purposes of providing support to the user. The supporting partners and administrators will not disclose and will keep confidential the information received, except to their employees, representatives or agents who need to have access to that information for the purpose of providing support to the user. The user has access to his or her innovation data on the Market Analysis Framework website and can manage who has access, as well as delete any data that they have entered into the Market Analysis Framework website.
